HYE-300B微機電液伺服壓力試驗機 PRESSURE TESTING MACHINE
該試驗機是采用了液壓動力源驅動,電液伺服控制技術, 計算機數據采集處理,可實現閉環控制及自動檢測的高精度材料試驗設備,其由試驗主機、油源(液壓動力源)、測控系統、試驗器具四部分組成,試驗力300kN/10kN,試驗機準確度等級優于0.5級。
該試驗機能按照相應標準進行加荷速率設置并滿足標準加荷速率控制指標對水泥、混凝土等材料進行額定試驗力下的抗壓、抗折試驗,具有負荷、時間及試驗曲線動態顯示及及時控制功能和試驗力保持功能。

日常維護:
①每次開機前檢查有無滲漏油現象(具體部位如:油管,各個控制閥,油箱等),螺栓是否(即各個螺絲的統稱)緊固,電氣是否完好;定期檢查,保持其零部件的完整性。
②每次做完試驗均應將活塞降至初始位置并及時清掃垃圾,工作臺作防銹處理。
③預防高溫、過濕、灰塵、腐蝕性介質、水等侵蝕儀器。
④每年或累計工作2000小時后必須更換液壓油。
⑤請勿在計算機內安裝其他應用軟件,以免試驗機控制系統軟件不能正常運行;應防止計算機被病毒感染。
⑥任何時候都不能帶電拔插電源線和信號線,否則很容易損壞控制元件。
⑦在試驗過程中,請不要隨意按控制柜面板、操作盒和試驗軟件上的按鈕。
⑧試驗時,不要隨意觸碰設備和各種連接線,以免影響數據的準確性。
⑨經常檢查油箱液位的變化。
⑩定期檢查控制器的連接線是否接觸良好,如有松動,應及時緊固。
?試驗后若較長時間不用設備時,關閉設備總電源。

Routine maintenance:

④ The hydraulic oil must be replaced every year or after 2000 hours of operation.
⑤ Do not install other application software in the computer to avoid that the control system software of the testing machine cannot operate normally; The computer should be protected from viruses.
⑥ Do not plug and unplug the power line and signal line with electricity at any time, otherwise the control components will be easily damaged.
⑦ During the test, please do not press the buttons on the control cabinet panel, operation box and test software.
⑧ During the test, do not touch the equipment and various connecting lines at will, so as not to affect the accuracy of the data.
⑨ Check the change of oil tank level frequently.
⑩ Regularly check whether the connecting wire of the controller is in good contact. If it is loose, it should be fastened in time.
