日常維護：

①每次開機前檢查有無滲漏油現象（具體部位如：油管，各個控制閥，油箱等），螺栓是否（即各個螺絲的統稱）緊固，電氣是否完好；定期檢查，保持其零部件的完整性。

②每次做完試驗均應將活塞降至初始位置并及時清掃垃圾，工作臺作防銹處理。

③預防高溫、過濕、灰塵、腐蝕性介質、水等侵蝕儀器。

④每年或累計工作2000小時后必須更換液壓油。

⑤請勿在計算機內安裝其他應用軟件，以免試驗機控制系統軟件不能正常運行；應防止計算機被病毒感染。

⑥任何時候都不能帶電拔插電源線和信號線，否則很容易損壞控制元件。

⑦在試驗過程中，請不要隨意按控制柜面板、操作盒和試驗軟件上的按鈕。

⑧試驗時，不要隨意觸碰設備和各種連接線，以免影響數據的準確性。

⑨經常檢查油箱液位的變化。

⑩定期檢查控制器的連接線是否接觸良好，如有松動，應及時緊固。

Routine maintenance:
