TD127-II路面強度試驗儀主機/MAIN MACHINE OF PAVEMENT STRENGTH TESTER
本試驗儀用來測定各種粘合料穩定土試件的無測限抗壓強度,測定土和路面材料的承載比(CBR),測定瀝青混合料的熱穩定性和抗塑性流動的性能-穩定度和流值。
符合標準:JTG E40-2007 公路土工試驗規程中T0136-1993強度儀法

本機配備其它相關夾具可進行多項試驗,如水泥和石灰穩定土的抗壓強度、劈裂強度、回彈模量等試驗、瀝青混凝土的馬歇爾試驗、路基土和多種路面材料的承載比(CBR)試驗等。

結構原理:
本機由底座、減速箱、立柱、橫梁及罩殼等組成。
電動機及控制電器置于底座內,減速箱置于底座上。橫梁、減速箱及底座經兩根立柱相聯接,橫梁并可上下調節,以適應不同高度的試樣,橫梁下平面可聯接測力環。
底座及減速箱外面裝有罩殼。
本機加載有兩種形式,一種是電動,電動機由同步齒形帶傳遞給減速箱,經減速箱減速后,旋轉運動轉換成絲桿的垂直運動,從而達到對試樣垂直加載的功用。另一種是手動,將調速手柄置于空檔,即可用搖手柄進行手動加載。
操作與使用:
變速箱前面有一機構選擇手柄,手柄有三個選擇位置快速手動、慢速。將選擇手柄置于快速,開動電機,絲杠盤可獲得50毫米/分的升降速度適宜于做瀝青混凝土的馬歇爾試驗,將選擇手柄置于慢速位置,開動電機、絲杠盤可獲得1毫米/分的升降速度,適宜于做承載比等需要接此速度進行的試驗,將選擇手柄置于手動位置即可進行升降進給,具體方法是:選擇手柄置于中間位置后,用搖把搖動箱體側面的方頭手柄,可獲得1/6毫米的速度,可用于其它需要施加垂直載荷測定試驗。
開始進行試驗時,先將適當測力環用緊固螺釘固定在支架上,再將適當的附件(壓頭)固定于測力環上,將試件置于絲杠盤上,然后時行試驗,試驗所施加的載荷量,可以從測力環的百分表上讀出。
注意:絲杠的升降距離應保持在125mm內。
儀器維護與保養:
1、 儀器表面應當經常擦拭,保持儀器整潔。
2、 絲杠盤的螺紋部分,每班應灌注適量機械油一次,以保證其結合部分的潤滑。

Structural principle:
This machine is composed of base, reducer, column, beam and cover.
The motor and control appliance are placed in the base, and the reducer is placed on the base. The cross beam, reduction gearbox and base are connected by two columns. The cross beam can be adjusted up and down to adapt to the samples of different heights. The lower plane of the cross beam can be connected with the force measuring ring.
The base and reducer are equipped with covers.
This machine has two forms of loading. One is electric. The motor is transmitted to the reducer by the synchronous toothed belt. After the reducer is decelerated, the rotating motion is converted into the vertical motion of the lead screw, so as to achieve the function of loading the sample vertically. The other is manual. Put the speed control handle in neutral, and then use the crank handle to load manually.
Operation and use:
There is a mechanism selection handle in front of the transmission, and the handle has three selection positions: fast manual and slow. Put the selection handle in the fast position, start the motor, and the lead screw disc can obtain a lifting speed of 50 mm/min, which is suitable for Marshall test of asphalt concrete. Put the selection handle in the slow position, and start the motor, and the lead screw disc can obtain a lifting speed of 1 mm/min, which is suitable for carrying ratio and other tests that need to be carried out at this speed. Put the selection handle in the manual position to carry out lifting and feeding, The specific method is as follows: after selecting the handle in the middle position, shake the square handle on the side of the box with the rocker to obtain a speed of 1/6 mm, which can be used for other vertical load measurement tests.
When starting the test, first fix the appropriate force measuring ring on the bracket with fastening screws, then fix the appropriate accessories (indenter) on the force measuring ring, place the test piece on the lead screw plate, and then conduct the test. The load applied by the test can be read from the dial indicator of the force measuring ring.
Note: The lifting distance of the lead screw should be kept within 125mm.
Instrument maintenance
1. The surface of the instrument should be wiped regularly to keep the instrument clean.
2. The threaded part of the lead screw disc shall be filled with appropriate mechanical oil once per shift to ensure the lubrication of its combined part.
