產(chǎn)品簡介:
• WAW-1000B型電液伺服(鋼絞線)萬能試驗機是采用了液壓動力源驅(qū)動,電液伺服控制技術(shù),計算機數(shù)據(jù)采集處理,可實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)控制及自動檢測的高精度材料試驗設(shè)備,其由試驗主機、油源(液壓動力源)、測控系統(tǒng)、試驗器具四部分組成,最大試驗力1000kN,試驗機準確度等級優(yōu)于1級。
• WAW-1000B型電液伺服(鋼絞線)萬能試驗機是一款通用性較強的產(chǎn)品,可以滿足國家關(guān)于金屬拉伸試驗規(guī)定中的各項標準試驗,也可以按照其它標準實現(xiàn)對不同材料或產(chǎn)品的拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切等類型的試驗,可以求取所測材料的抗拉強度、屈服強度、規(guī)定非比例延伸強度、彈性模量等性能指標,可實現(xiàn)等速率加荷、等速率變形、等速率位移、等速率應(yīng)變等閉環(huán)控制,可以進行材料或產(chǎn)品的工藝合格性能驗證試驗。
• 該試驗機是六立柱、雙空間結(jié)構(gòu),上橫梁與下橫梁之間為拉伸空間,下橫梁與試臺之間為壓縮空間,試驗空間通過鏈輪和絲杠旋轉(zhuǎn)帶動下橫梁上下移動來自動調(diào)整。上下橫梁上裝有液壓控制的夾持鉗口,標準機型配有V型和平面型鉗口用于夾緊圓柱試樣和平板試樣做拉伸試驗,以及鋼絞線專用鉗口用于Φ8~Φ18mm的鋼絞線的拉伸試驗;標準機型的下橫梁底端配有上壓板,試臺上配有帶球形結(jié)構(gòu)的下壓板,可直接做壓縮試驗。
• 該試驗機主機的設(shè)計考慮了擴展裝配其它夾具以完成更多試驗的可能。如:配裝螺栓夾具可做螺栓的拉伸和保載,配裝彎曲夾具可做圓棒或板材的彎曲試驗,配裝剪切夾具可做圓棒剪切強度試驗,在壓縮空間中加配抗折、剪切、劈裂、彈性模量儀等可做混凝土及水泥樣塊試驗,此外,配上鋼球、錨鏈、扣件等夾具即可完成該產(chǎn)品的各項試驗。

Product introduction:
• WAW-1000B electro-hydraulic servo (strand) universal testing machine is a high-precision material testing equipment, which adopts hydraulic power source drive, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, computer data acquisition and processing, and can realize closed-loop control and automatic detection. It consists of four parts: test main engine, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system and testing equipment. The maximum test force is 1000 kN. The accuracy level is better than grade 1.
• WAW-1000B electro-hydraulic servo (strand) universal testing machine is a universal product, which can meet various national standards for metal tensile test. It can also carry out tensile, compressive, bending and shear tests of different materials or products according to other standards. The tensile strength, yield strength and non-specified strength of the tested materials can be obtained. Proportional elongation strength, modulus of elasticity and other performance indicators can achieve closed-loop control such as constant rate loading, constant rate deformation, constant rate displacement, constant rate strain, and can be used to verify the process qualification of materials or products.
• The test machine is a six-column, double-space structure, with tension space between the upper and lower beams, and compression space between the lower beams and the test bench. The test space is automatically adjusted by rotating the lower beams with sprockets and lead screw. The upper and lower crossbeams are equipped with hydraulic control clamps. The standard machine is equipped with V-type and plane-type clamps to clamp cylinder and flat plate samples for tensile test, and the special clamps for steel strand are used for tensile test of 8-18mm steel strand. The bottom of the lower crossbeams of the standard machine is equipped with upper pressure plate, and the lower pressure plate with spherical structure is equipped on the test bench for direct compression test.
• The design of the main engine of the test machine considers the possibility of expanding the assembly of other fixtures to complete more tests. For example, bolt fixture can be used for bolt tension and loading, bending fixture can be used for bar or plate bending test, shear fixture can be used for bar shear strength test, concrete and cement sample test can be done by adding bending, shearing, splitting and elastic modulus meter in compression space, in addition, steel ball, anchor chain, fastener and other fixtures can be used to complete the product.
