日常維護(hù)：

①每次開(kāi)機(jī)前檢查有無(wú)滲漏油現(xiàn)象（具體部位如：油管，各個(gè)控制閥，油箱等），螺栓是否（即各個(gè)螺絲的統(tǒng)稱(chēng)）緊固，電氣是否完好；定期檢查，保持其零部件的完整性。

②每次做完試驗(yàn)均應(yīng)將活塞降至初始位置并及時(shí)清掃垃圾，工作臺(tái)作防銹處理。

③預(yù)防高溫、過(guò)濕、灰塵、腐蝕性介質(zhì)、水等侵蝕儀器。

④每年或累計(jì)工作2000小時(shí)后必須更換液壓油。

⑤請(qǐng)勿在計(jì)算機(jī)內(nèi)安裝其他應(yīng)用軟件，以免試驗(yàn)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)軟件不能正常運(yùn)行；應(yīng)防止計(jì)算機(jī)被病毒感染。

Routine maintenance:
