該試驗機是采用了液壓動力源驅動,采用智能測控儀表對試驗數據采集處理,其由試驗主機、油源(液壓動力源)、測控系統、試驗器具四部分組成,試驗力2000kN,試驗機準確度等級優于1級。

該試驗機可以滿足關于對磚、砼、水泥等材料的標準試驗要求,手動加荷、液晶屏幕顯示負荷、時間及試驗曲線。

日常維護:

1.每次開機前檢查有無滲漏油現象(具體部位如:油管,各個控制閥,油箱等),螺栓是否(即各個螺絲的統稱)緊固,電氣是否完好;定期檢查,保持其零部件的完整性。

2.每次做完試驗均應將活塞降至初始位置并及時清掃垃圾,工作臺作防銹處理。

3.預防高溫、過濕、灰塵、腐蝕性介質、水等侵蝕儀器。

4.每年或累計工作2000小時后必須更換液壓油。

5.任何時候都不能帶電拔插電源線和信號線,否則很容易損壞控制元件。

6.在試驗過程中,請不要隨意按控制柜面板、操作盒和試驗軟件上的按鈕。

7.試驗時,不要隨意觸碰設備和各種連接線,以免影響數據的準確性。

8.經常檢查油箱液位的變化。

9.定期檢查控制器的連接線是否接觸良好,如有松動,應及時緊固。

10.試驗后若較長時間不用設備時,關閉設備總電源。

Routine maintenance:

1. 7. During the test, do not touch the equipment and various connecting wires at will, so as not to affect the accuracy of data.

8. Regularly check the change of oil tank liquid level.

9. Regularly check whether the connecting wire of the controller is in good contact. If it is loose, it should be fastened in time.

10. If the equipment is not used for a long time after the test, turn off the main power supply of the equipment.
