該試驗(yàn)機(jī)可以滿足關(guān)于對(duì)磚、砼、水泥等材料的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)要求，手動(dòng)加荷、液晶屏幕顯示負(fù)荷、時(shí)間及試驗(yàn)曲線。

日常維護(hù)：

1.每次開(kāi)機(jī)前檢查有無(wú)滲漏油現(xiàn)象（具體部位如：油管，各個(gè)控制閥，油箱等），螺栓是否（即各個(gè)螺絲的統(tǒng)稱）緊固，電氣是否完好。

2.每次做完試驗(yàn)均應(yīng)將活塞降至初始位置并及時(shí)清掃垃圾，工作臺(tái)作防銹處理。

3.預(yù)防高溫、過(guò)濕、灰塵、腐蝕性介質(zhì)、水等侵蝕儀器。

4.每年或累計(jì)工作2000小時(shí)后必須更換液壓油。

5.任何時(shí)候不能帶電拔插電源線和信號(hào)線，否則容易損壞控制元件。

6.在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中，請(qǐng)不要隨意按控制柜面板、操作盒和試驗(yàn)軟件上的按鈕。

7.試驗(yàn)時(shí)，不要隨意觸碰設(shè)備和各種連接線，以免影響數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。

8.經(jīng)常檢查油箱液位的變化。

9.定期檢查控制器的連接線是否接觸良好，如有松動(dòng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)緊固。

10.試驗(yàn)后若較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用設(shè)備時(shí)，關(guān)閉設(shè)備總電源。

11.本設(shè)備是精密測(cè)量設(shè)備，應(yīng)做到定人定機(jī)定崗，嚴(yán)禁未經(jīng)培訓(xùn)的非操作人員操作。

Routine maintenance:

1. Before each startup, check whether there is oil leakage (specific parts such as oil pipes, control valves, oil tanks, etc.), whether the bolts (collectively referred to as all screws) are fastened, and whether the electrical system is in good condition.

2. After each test, the piston shall be lowered to the initial position and the garbage shall be cleaned in time. The workbench shall be treated with rust prevention.

3. Prevent the instrument from being eroded by high temperature, excessive humidity, dust, corrosive medium, water, etc.

4. The hydraulic oil must be replaced every year or after 2000 hours of cumulative operation.

5. The power line and signal line shall not be plugged or unplugged with electricity at any time, otherwise the control elements may be damaged easily.

6. During the test, please do not press the buttons on the control cabinet panel, operation box and test software.

7. During the test, do not touch the equipment and various connecting wires at will, so as not to affect the accuracy of data.

8. Regularly check the change of oil tank liquid level.

9. Regularly check whether the connecting wire of the controller is in good contact. If it is loose, it should be fastened in time.

10. If the equipment is not used for a long time after the test, turn off the main power supply of the equipment.

11. This equipment is a precision measuring equipment, which shall be operated by specific personnel, specific machines and specific posts. It is strictly prohibited to operate it by untrained non operators.
